Sign Up

Create your secure Lassenger account in just a few clicks. Your first year is completely free - no credit card required.

Upload Messages

Upload up to three media files (photos or videos) and three text messages. These can be personal notes, memories, or essential information you wish to preserve.

Confirmation of Life

To ensure accuracy, Lassenger periodically checks in. If you don’t log in for six months, we’ll send you a gentle reminder, followed by daily prompts for 14 days. At the same time, your chosen emergency contacts will also receive a confirmation link.

Simply logging in once every six months keeps everything active.

Delivery to Recipients

If we do not receive confirmation from you or your emergency contacts, Lassenger will securely deliver your messages to the recipients you have chosen - with care, respect, and confidentiality.

Q1) What is an Emotional insurance?

A) Emotional Insurance is a (fictional) concept. Like Life insurance, it is something that kicks-in in the event of one's death. However, it deals with emotions of your loved ones (left behind). In case of the inevitable, this is mechanism for your loved ones to cope with the void that's left behind. At Lassenger, we have understood the importance of incorporating this within our lives. Hence, these are a set of messages for your loved ones to be delivered after your demise. We also believe that these set of messages could perhaps be the most beautiful memory or moment in the lives thereafter.

Q) Why should I plan for it?

A) In the real world, there is (almost) never a chance to say our goodbyes properly. We understand that it difficult to plan our messages ,given, it means that we're thinking of our own deaths. However, we urge you to take a few mins to think about two things:

1) The void that's left behind could give rise to questions from your loved ones and which would be unanswered forever.
Example: What did s/he think of me? In this difficult situation, what would my s/her have have said if they were alive? etc.

2) Preparing and leaving a set of messages is an indication that you thought about them. Despite the irreplaceable loss, this
could, perhaps, bring in a small moment of happiness and help create one of the most beautiful moment in their lives thereafter.

Q) I'm not the emotional type. Could I still use it?

A) Of course! Messages could also contain practical and useful information. Such as a set of instructions that one might find useful to obtain all relevant documents that you have been managing until then.

We've Come a Long Way

Founder's note

At Lassenger, we've come from long standing cushioned jobs at multi national corporations (Financial and Semi Conductor industry). We've personally seen remorse and void that the event of death brings to near and dear ones.

It shook us to think the same would happen to us too, one day. However, if we could just spend a few mins preparing messages for the ones we would leave behind, we could help turn a tragic environment into a, relatively, happier one. Something that they would cherish for years ahead until we're just a positive memory in their mind. Also, its being practical to ensure all the information that we've been custodians of, should easily find its way to a successor.

Be rest assured, that we will continue to make improvements in our processes and services to ensure that your messages are delivered to the chosen recipients. Your privacy to these messages shall be respected.
